Medical Emergencies

If someone is injured:

  • Call 911 immediately for serious injuries
  • Provide the gate code (*1•••) when calling
  • Specify which property (Ranch House, Segunda Casa, or Farmhouse)
  • Do not move the injured person unless they are in immediate danger
  • Apply pressure to stop bleeding if present
  • Keep the person warm and calm
  • If driving to hospital, Palo Pinto General Hospital is 24 miles away
Water-Related Emergencies

If someone is in distress in water:

  • Do not enter the water unless you are trained in water rescue
